In 2000, when we founded Ros Realty Group, Inc., our intentions were noble and simple-to carry on the family tradition, responsibly dispensing our collective wisdom gained from six decades of real estate experience. We trace our real estate roots all the way back to 1945. That was the year that our grandfather, Cándido Ros, a successful entrepreneur, joined a real estate firm in Santiago de Cuba called La Antillana. By the spring of 1950 he had become the region's top agent, winning accolades and numerous awards. Terry Ros followed in her father's footsteps by continuing the real estate tradition in Miami. Terry and her two sons-Enrique and Eduardo Piñeiro-have been helping customers achieve the American Dream of property ownership. Cándido believed in dedication, integrity and a commitment to the values of family, innovation and results. Our basic values are the same as they were in 1945.
